BoundsTest utility updated

Based on a suggestion from my brother Jeremy, I updated the BoundsTest utility to display the current size of the window in the window titlebar, making it more easily visible at a glance. Thanks Jer!

  1. Woo hoo! I made the blog! I like the change. I've been using this tool a lot lately. It's a nice way to quickly size my browser to the different resolutions sizes to see just HOW bad the site will look when viewed at 800x600. (Hopefully not bad at all)
